Programs

We provide a wide range of programs at the Dundas Learning Centre to keep the program participants active and engaged as they build upon their skills. Through art, music, meditation, yoga, exercise, journaling, cleaning and socializing, we promote emotional regulation, communication, digital literacy and collaboration.
